Lithium battery management system
Lithium battery protection board. It is mainly composed of PCB, resistor, capacitor, diode, triode, MOS tube and core IC. The principle of lithium battery protection board: monitor the battery voltage and current of charge and discharge circuit at any time under certain environment, and control the on-off of circuit circuit in time. When the battery voltage or charge discharge circuit current reaches the maximum protection value, the IC immediately turns off the MOS switch to protect the battery.
Overcharge protection: when the voltage of a group of batteries reaches the rated maximum protection value, IC controls MOS to turn off the charging circuit
Over discharge protection: when the voltage of a group of batteries reaches the rated maximum protection value, IC controls MOS to turn off the discharge circuit
Overcurrent and short circuit protection: when the output current or short circuit current of the battery pack reaches the rated maximum protection value, the control circuit controls DMOS to turn off the discharge circuit
Temperature control protection: when the battery pack reaches the rated maximum temperature control protection value, the control circuit turns off the charge discharge MOS tube
